Thank you for visiting Renditions Art! We’re committed to providing a smooth and reliable shipping experience for every customer. Below, you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping process, delivery timelines, and how we handle any issues along the way.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Locations

Shipping fees and taxes are calculated and displayed at checkout.

We currently offer shipping options within the continental United States:

  • Economy Shipping (3-8 business days) — Free on orders $40+

Most orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS depending on the package size and destination.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping, nor do we ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories.

Shipping to PO Boxes

At this time, Renditions Art does not ship to PO Boxes. All orders must be shipped to a valid street address where deliveries can be accepted by the carrier.

If a PO Box is entered as the shipping address, our team will contact you to obtain an alternative physical address before the order can be processed and shipped. Failure to provide a valid street address may result in delays or cancellation of the order.

Order Processing Times

Every piece from Renditions Art is made to order, crafted with care and attention to detail. Because of this, our processing times reflect both our commitment to quality and the time needed to prepare your artwork for shipment.

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. Please allow approximately 3-7 business days for your order to be created, packaged, and shipped.

Orders are not processed on weekends and may take longer during high-demand periods such as holidays or special releases.

Please allow additional transit days for delivery. If there are significant delays in shipment, we’ll contact you via email to provide updates.

Shipping Timeline and Tracking

Delivery times vary depending on your location and selected carrier service but typically range from 3-8 business days once your order has shipped.

A shipment confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent as soon as your package leaves our studio. Tracking details may take up to 48 hours to activate.

You can also check your order status and tracking updates anytime by Signing In using a one-time code sent to the email address used at checkout.

Order Issues and Damages

Potential Delays

While we do everything possible to ensure prompt delivery, delays can sometimes occur due to carrier-related or weather issues beyond our control. We’ll notify you of any known delays and work with our shipping partners to resolve them quickly.

Missing Shipments

If your order hasn’t arrived within 14 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us with your name and order number so we can investigate.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition.

Be sure to keep all packaging materials and damaged goods, as these may be required for carrier claims.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 2 days of placing it by emailing info@renditionsart.com or calling us at 630-601-6782, as long as your order has not already shipped.

Please note that once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Our team will confirm your cancellation and process any eligible refund.
