How fast do you ship?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 business days. Depending on the selected shipping option, delivery usually takes between 3-8 business days. (Please note that occasional delays may occur due to shipping carrier circumstances outside of our control.)
How can I track my order?

Can I change the shipping address after placing an order?

What are your frames made of?
Our frames are made from high-quality wood, plastic, or a mix of both, depending on the style chosen.
How are your canvas prints made?
Our gallery wrapped canvases are meticulously hand-stretched over solid wood frames for a premium finish, right here in our Chicagoland facility! We use Giclée printing on high-quality canvas for durability and visual appeal.
What does "gallery wrapped" mean?
Gallery wrapped canvases have the artwork stretched over a sturdy wooden frame, with the edges neatly folded over the sides. This frameless presentation provides a sleek, modern look ideal for any space.
There's a dent on my canvas – is it ruined?
You can usually remove minor dents by applying a bit of warm water to the back of the canvas and letting it air dry. If needed, gently rub the area with a damp cloth or use a professional spray starch.

Does my artwork arrive ready to hang on the wall?
Yes, all canvas and framed art come with a hanging kit and are ready for immediate display.

How do I custom frame my own art or print?

Frame sizes vary depending on the artwork and product type, with a range of options to fit most dimensions.
What are the photo resolution requirements for a clear print?
For best results, images should be 300 dpi at the desired print size. For instance, a 24” x 36” print should have an image resolution of 7200px x 10800px.
How do I hang my framed art?
All framed art arrives with a hanging kit and instructions to make setup simple and hassle-free.
Can I send in original artwork or documents to be framed?
We do not currently offer custom framing services for original artwork or documents.
Peel & Stick Frames FAQs
What are Peel and Stick frames?
Our Peel & Stick frames offer a re-stickable, damage-free hanging solution. Handmade with real wood and Giclée prints, these frames allow you to add art or photos to your walls without nails or tools.
How do I hang them?
Just peel off the tape backing, align the frame, and press firmly against the wall. To remove or reposition, grip the frame sides and gently pull.
Will these damage my walls?
No! Our re-stickable frames are designed to be easily removable without leaving any marks or damage.
What sizes are available for Peel and Stick frames?
Available sizes currently include 8"x8", 8"x10", 12"x12", and 11"x14".

What are the photo resolution requirements for a clear print?
For a clear print, upload images with 300 dpi at the desired size. For example, an 8” x 8” frame needs a 2400px x 2400px image.
Can I swap out my prints into different frames?
Yes, as long as the print matches the frame size. Simply lift the staples on the back, insert your new print, and secure the staples again.

How do I hang my mirror?
Our mirrors can be hung or stood up vertically or horizontally, with included hanging hardware and pre-drilled holes in the back.
