Refund policy

Your satisfaction is our priority at Renditions Art. If your purchase isn’t quite what you expected, we’re here to help with easy returns, refunds, and exchanges.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns and refund requests within 30 days of receiving your item. To qualify, items must be in their original condition and packaging, unused, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

How to return an item:

  1. Contact Us: Email info@renditionsart.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Shipping: We’ll provide return instructions by email.

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping if the item(s) being returned is equivalent to 32″×48″ or larger, or if the item is a mirror.

  3. Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  4. Need help? If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at info@renditionsart.com.

Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us right away if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Email info@renditionsart.com with:

  • Photos clearly showing the issue (including packaging and shipping box if possible), and

  • A brief description of what happened.

Our team will review your message promptly and provide the next steps to make it right.

We handle all damage or defect reports with care and will ensure you receive an appropriate resolution.

Exchanges

To request an exchange, email info@renditionsart.com with your order number and details of the item you’d like instead. We’ll confirm availability and provide instructions.

Order Cancellations

We understand that plans change! Orders can be canceled within 2 business days of placing your order.

For the quickest service, email or call us during our regular business hours (Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm CT). We’ll confirm the cancellation and any applicable refund.
